Testimonials
“Chris has engineered and mixed many of my projects ranging in flavor from rock to pop to jazz to country over the past couple of years. Regardless of style, the depth of his listening, attention to detail, and his taste in what makes a song sound good have proved invaluable towards taking my songs to the next level. Clearly he is passionate about his work and his talent for hearing how everything should sound together has always made me feel more confident about the final product I take away from his studio.”
- Shiny Johnson (Artist/Producer)
“I've had a single, an EP, and a full-length album mixed by Chris and the experience has been fabulous! Not only did he do a great job with my music but he brought an 'outside producer' feel to the projects which gave the mixes a nice touch. I love working with Chris and will continue to let him mix my music!”
- Rodney Outlaw (Artist/Producer)
“Chris has always delivered professional sounding mixes to us. I would highly recommend his services to any musician/artist who needs an experienced audio engineer.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I submit my tracks?
Once you’ve completed payment, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions and contact info for the mix engineer. There are three ways to send your files:
- you may mail a data disk (CD or DVD) containing the individual tracks to the mix engineer
- if you are working in ProTools you may mail a data disk (CD or DVD) containing the ProTools session data to the mix engineer
- you may upload your tracks via an on-line drop that will be provided to you directly by Chris
Once I submit my tracks, when will I receive the mixes? How long will it take?
Typical turnaround time is about one week—sometimes less, sometimes more depending on workload. Once your tracks have been delivered to the mix engineer, he will give you a more accurate estimate.
I have a few specific ideas for the mix. Can I discuss these with the mix engineer?
Absolutely! We suggest calling and/or sending a detailed e-mail to the mix engineer. For example, you could request things such as: “I want the electric guitars to sound real aggressive” or “I’d like to hear a lot of delay on the lead vocal at the end of the second chorus.” You can also make reference to well known songs for particular effects or even just the general “vibe.”
After I receive the mix, can I make comments or ask that something be changed?
Yes! An MP3 of the mix will be sent to you for reference. The mix engineer will work with you to address any changes or suggestions you have for the mix. A second MP3 reference will then be sent to you for approval before the mix is final. The mix engineer will do everything possible (within reason) to make sure you are happy with the mix! In the unlikely event satisfaction can not be reached, you will receive a full refund (NOTE: refunds will not be given once you approve the final mix and the final .WAV file is sent to you).
