TuneCore has partnered with TourSavant to provide you with high quality and low cost remote road management services within the United States.

TourSavant is a team with a wide range of music industry backgrounds (road management, artist management, sound/studio engineering, performance, songwriting, various record label work and more).

One of the most basic things you need on the road is management, someone to make sure your tour is going to run smoothly, and reach as many people as possible. But a decent tour manager costs anywhere from $400 to $1500 a week!

What you need is a problem solver, someone with connections, someone who has been there and done it and can tell you how to do it too, and that is available to you 24 hours a day. TourSavant is exactly that, and at a fraction of the cost of hiring a tour manager.

Here's what we're offering:

TOURSAVANT CUSTOM ROADBOOK: $5 per show (5 show minimum)

Send us your tour dates and we will email and/or snail mail you a custom built RoadBook with:

Your complete tour schedule
Concert advance info (load-in times, set times, cover charges, etc.) for all of your shows
Easy-to-follow directions between all of the venues on your tour, with hotel, guitar/instrument shop, and restaurant info along the way
Customized contact info for promoters, record shops, and local media (I.e. newspapers, free press, radio stations, bloggers, etc.) in each city you're playing, so you can get a leg up on promoting your shows and getting your record in local shops.

IMPORTANT: If you would prefer to have hard copies of your RoadBook shipped to you, that can be done at a minimal extra charge to cover shipping.

TOURSAVANT ROADBOOK & ROADMANAGER: $10 per show (5 show minimum)

TourSavant Email Concierge: contact us for any reason, from van rental info, tips on finding free places to stay on the road, gas stations, restaurants, laundromats, guitar techs or anything else you need! Try us out!
Tour Crisis Line:: Call us 24/7, toll-free for help due to van breakdowns and repairs, amp blowouts, stolen gear, lost money, equipment repair, getting more inventory from your label, tow trucks, contacting someone for you with a message. We can get just about anything you need lined up.

Please note: There may be extra charges involved for emergency services we help arrange for you. We will let you know ahead of time if you will need to pay for any services so you can be sure your budget won't melt down.

TOURSAVANT TOUR LAMINATES: $3 each (minimum of 5)

With the purchase of either the RoadBook or RoadBook/Manager packages, TourSavant can provide you with custom professional tour laminates. Just send us your artwork and let us know how many you need, and we’ll get them to you, and they ship free! Please allow at least two weeks to get your laminates.
